I've been staying at this amazing place for the past 4 years and I can't help but be blown away by how incredible it is each time. The pool is just mind-blowing, perfect for a refreshing dip. And the best part? It's so close to the beach! The live music bar every night adds to the super pleasant atmosphere. The newly equipped rooms are just jaw-droppingly clean and comfortable, with easy check-in and check-out. The ground floor apartment with a big balcony was perfect for us, and the large rooms and huge bathroom were a pleasant surprise. The whole place, from the furniture to the appliances, is brand new and fully equipped with everything you need. The view from the 7th floor is absolutely stunning - sea and pool view all the way! The terrace is a cozy spot with comfy couches and chairs, perfect for relaxation. The staff at the reception were so kind and helpful. The beach, beach bars, and private beach are just a short stroll away, and the sunbeds and umbrellas are reasonably priced. We felt relaxed and rejuvenated here, with the swimming pool being absolutely fantastic. my stay at this place was simply amazing and I highly recommend it to everyone.

My apartment was new close enough to the beach, sea and the center of Varna. A handy kitchenette with appliances. Could use a microwave oven, a refrigerator and coffee/tea making machines, admired views of garden. Loved every moment there.

The room had a kitchenette with an oven and microwave, making it easy to cook meals. I loved the dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with friends or family. The balcony in the room was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable during the hot summer days. The sofa in the room was comfortable and cozy, perfect for lounging and watching TV. Having a tumble dryer was a convenient feature, especially for drying wet clothes or beach towels. The fact that the room had a kitchen allowed me to prepare my own meals and save some money.

Personally, I found one feature less appealing: the kitchen. But that's just my preference, others might still find it useful.

We had a wonderful stay at South Bay Beach Residence! The staff was incredibly friendly and the apartment was clean and spacious. The balcony view on the 8th floor was unexpectedly stunning. The pool was a great place to relax, and the nearby beach was perfect. We loved being able to cook our own meals in the well-equipped kitchen and the convenient location near Lidl and Billa made grocery shopping a breeze. Free parking was also a big plus. We will definitely be returning in the future!

My stay at this beach residence was filled with delightful surprises. The apartment I stayed in had a charming balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee while breathing in the fresh sea air. The air conditioning was a blessing, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment throughout my stay. But the highlight of my experience was the seasonal outdoor pool. It was like taking a dip in paradise, providing a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The poolside terrace offered a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. With the picturesque surroundings and the serene atmosphere, it felt as if I had found my own private oasis.

Although my overall experience was wonderful, I did encounter one minor setback. The absence of a washing machine was a bit inconvenient, as it was mentioned in the listing.

our recent group visit to varna was made even better by our stay at south bay beach residence. the brand-new apartment with a sea view terrace was breathtaking, and the responsible person at the place was incredibly helpful. the pool was fantastic, not crowded at all, and the overall cleanliness was top-notch.
